Forecast module
Forecast · demand and yield
Two suites, one signal: what your customers will buy, and what your fields will give.
The two suites
Demand and supply, called with the same rigour
Demand forecasting
What customers will buy, by product, customer and delivery point.
- Demand forecasting reads the trend and the season: 52 weeks ahead by week, 14 days by day
- Demand sensing revises it on the latest orders and sales, so this week's number stays right
- Promotional lift on a promotion-free baseline, with cannibalisation and halo · 10,000+ promotions decoded

Yield forecasting
What the fields will give, built from what was planted.
- Plantings recorded once, by field, variety and week, by your growers or your suppliers
- The farm map: every field drawn, with its heat and its harvest curve
- The planting schedule and production curves, timed by the heat and corrected by what is picked
- Past seasons reviewed beside this one

Demand · Forecast Studio
Start from what needs you, then shape it on the chart
Forecast Studio is the newest surface on the demand engine. It ranks what needs attention by forecast impact, then lets a planner shape the signal directly, with every change named and scored.
- 1
Insights
What needs you today, ranked by forecast impact, each card saying what happens if it is left alone.
- 2
Review history
Mark past days to exclude, correct or keep, with a reason, before the model learns from them.
- 3
Generate
Choose the products and customers, the horizon and the model, then run.
- 4
Shape
Drag or draw on the chart against the model line and its likely range, instead of typing into a grid.
- 5
Publish
One versioned forecast, with the model's figure kept beside yours.
Five ways fresh demand moves, five suites to shape it
Did the change help?
Every edit is stored with who made it, how and why, then scored against what actually sold, so the team learns where judgement pays and where to let the model run. Totals stay tied from product to customer and from day to month.

No black boxes: every correction, every model score and every hand edit stays on the signal's record, and travels with it into Plan and the Tuesday S&OP.
Yield · Harvest Studio
The season, forecast from what was planted
Harvest Studio is the newest surface on the yield models. Growers declare what they planted, each planting gets a season curve timed by the heat built up so far, and the planner publishes one weekly plan the sales desk can sell from.
Illustrative product view.
Built from plantings
Block, variety, area or plants, and planting date. Each planting gets the right season curve, scaled to its size.
Timed by the heat
Growing degree hours move first pick and peak earlier or later. Heat may move fruit between weeks; it never adds any.
Corrected by what is picked
Each week the forecast re-reads the picks so far and the pace they set, then revises the rest of the season.
The grower's own number
Growers send their numbers for their own fields. The planner adopts them into the plan, or returns them with a note.
Exceptions by tonnes at stake
Pace, frost, heat and missing submissions, ranked by how much fruit rides on each one.
One plan by class and punnet
Publish one versioned weekly plan, broken down by class and pack line, with accuracy tracked by weeks ahead.
Interactive example
One planting, one season, re-read every week
Picking is running ahead of the promise. Choose how to revise the rest of the season, then add the heat ahead and see what moves, and what doesn't.

The shaped signal
One owned number, handed on
The demand and supply signals shaped here are the ones Plan inherits and the weekly S&OP argues from: same number, same version, same audit trail. Ask whose figure it is and the answer is already on the record.
What travels with it
When someone asks in November why W32 looked the way it did, the answer is already written down.
